<b>Connect: modifica per DVD</b>

I can try to answer for a couple of questions :p
Yes, i think u can order it..Bruno will have to send all over Italy, i think..so..one will go to Holland..more to pay for sending, but not a big problem (anyway i don't know exactly how Bruno will send everyone the interface ).

How it works..well..Bruno created a couple of video in for the connect :elio)
If i remebere well, there is one composite video, and one RGB, and another one for an optional rear view camera.
U just have to connect the interface to a connector in the nav+ (don't know exactly where, but Bruno says it is more than simple :OK) ), and the video is ok.
The bigger problem is the audio, for the audio it uses the cd changer channel.
With a cable u will connect your new dvd player, or whaterver u want :nod) , to the interface, as u will do for the cd changer.
Normally, the audio from cd changer will just pass trought, and go to the nav; then, if u select the video in, u will have the audio of the source (obiouvsly u have to select the cd changer on the nav, cause audio, as i said, uses that channel).

It comes this way cause there is not an audio in, and cause the only way to select the cd changer channel is to abilitate it from nav (u cannot use that channel if u haven't got a cdc..so..who hasn't got it, will use an fm modulator :ka) ).

Let's talk about the rear view camera: simply, when u will put the backway gear (is it a good name ?? :confusbig) ..i hope u got it anyway :asd) ) the video of the camera will be on the nav, automaticaly (and it will be specular, so that u see it in the right way..otrherways u would see what is on the right, on the left of screen, and same for other side).

I hope u got everythink..that's not so easy to explain in english..also cause my english is not well "trained".. :asd)

Ragazzi scusate ma mi tolgo dalla lista :cry: pensavo fosse un po più veloce questa modifica.
Ho dirottato sull'altro progetto che avevo in mente di "carpc". Per ora mi è arrivato il monitor lilliput e devo dire che la qualità visiva è notevole.
Vi terrò informati sul suo sviluppo e sicuramente mi serviranno dei consiglio.

Niels, the only problem now is that Bruno contacted a factory to produce the mod-kit in a big quantity, but the factory told him that they will produce it only if the amount of the mod-kits is >=100!
Now we are only in 60 that have confirmed the "order" to Bruno, if you can find anyone else we will be more happy :)

I think that there will be enough guys who want to buy this interface but it would be easyer if i now the price... :sgrat)

I think that on the German site there also is a lot of interrest. But do you want to keep it exclusive, 100pieces? Or maybe more? :thk)

Bruno said taht with 100 pieces, price should be about 150 euro.
With more, probably the price will be lower :clap)
Anyway, Brunos is the one who made, and will make it..so..we have to wait for him to say if there is possibility to make even more pieces, or not :shrug03)
I really dont think anyone wants to keep it "exclusive"..but it depends from Bruno, and honestly i think it depends only from how much time he will have to send all interfaces, and also mount (for those who want, and can go directly to Naples).
Bruno started this only as a personal probelm..he even didn't think that this interface would have so much success..at the begininnig there should be just few..but seeing that a lot of people was interested..he decided to look for a way to build them all :spin)
100 is only the lowest number for the economical point of view, probably build less would mean a really higher price..that's why we are still waiting :shrug03)

ragazzi la storia sta diventando ridicola... :?: vogliamo quagliare o no? tra un po' le macchine usciranno di produzione e noi stiuamo ancora ad aspetare la modifica...piuttosto avete visto i nuovi navigatori montati sulle auto del polo del lusso italiano? cioè 159 e brera? 7" con lettore dvd tv ecc ecc
 
Secondo me la cosa piu' proficua per tutti sarebbe, come gia' dissi a suo tempo, quella che Bruno vendesse il diritto di produrre questa modifica a qualche ditta del settore che fosse interessata, tipo Bortesi, o Ruggeri qui a Torino (scusate se faccio nomi ma e' per far capire a che tipo di aziende rivolgersi, se necesario prego i mods di modificare o cancellare)
Essendo realta' importanti sicuramente saprebbero come fare per vendere la modifica non a 100 ma a 1000 persone, abbattendo i costi.
Dico tra l' altro che Ruggeri si sta gia' muovendo da qualche mese per ottenere risultati simili a quelli ottenuti da Bruno, per cui se lui non si decide puo' anche darsi che presto ci sia un' alternativa alla sua modifica...
 
Più che altro io pensavo: se è vero che il connect spesso si rompe, e se è vero che una volta rotto nessuno te lo ripara ma ti tocca comprarlo nuovo....beh, in questa evenienza lettore dvd e modifica acquistata diventa inutile....boh!
Vado a giorni, a volte la ritengo quanto mai essenziale e a volte no....va beh, io attendo fiducioso!

Altra cosa....tutti quelli che sono in lista cme NO CDC, significa solo che non hanno il CDC ma che cmq acquisteranno la modifica usando al max un modulatore fm, o sono come me che ad es se non esce una modifica anche per permettere l'ingresso audio senza CDC non prendono niente? No perchè allora la lista scenderebbe ancora....
 
chiedo gentilmente a bruno di poter far sapere i costi della modifica per un ordine di 50 pezzi.....ho paura che se la cosa si dilunghi tutti gli sforzi fatti vadono perduti..... :mecry2) più passa tempo e più è probabile che gente si tolga dalla lista anzichè entrarci.....in effetti la passione e la foga di fare sta benedetta col tempo può svanire.......bruno ti prego rispondi...GRAZIE :OK)
 
Buongiorno a tutti, scusate per la lunga assenza ma ho un pò di problemi, purtroppo non di natura lavorativa. Capisco le vostre preoccupazioni per l'eccessivo ritardo per la realizzazione della modifica e che magari si potrebbe cominciare a realizzarne di meno, ma come ho spiegato precedentemente, non è solo un problema di costi ma anche di approvvigionamento dei componenti impiegati.Purtroppo seri problemi di salute mi vedono costretto a impiegare parte dei soldi, destinati allo sviluppo e realizzazione della modifica, per cercare di migliorare la mia qualita' di vita. Questo però, non deve preoccuparvi, perchè la modifica si fara' lo stesso a prescindere dal numero di adesioni riportate nel listone.
Vi chiedo solo di pazientare un altro poco, sto cercando di definire i dettagli con una persona che si è offerta di darmi una mano. Ciao e a presto.
